I now take 2 mg caps in the morning with 1 mg cap of Alpha GPC. In the afternoon I take another 2 caps of Piracetam. That is it, and I do well, energy wise, with these amounts. If I am taking Oxiracetam, I take one cap of it with one cap of Piracetam in the morning with one cap of Aplha GPC and then 1 cap of Piracetam in the afternoon , and my mental acuity seems much better with the Oxiracetam and Piracetam than with just Piracetam alone.
